RESTORATION & CONDITION

This clock has been carefully cleaned, serviced, adjusted, and tested by Cuckoo Restorations. The mechanical movement, cuckoo mechanism, music box, and animated features are operating correctly. The wooden chalet case is in excellent vintage condition and displays beautifully. Its rich wood tones, painted flowers, colorful figures, and detailed Alpine setting give the clock wonderful character. As a vintage clock, it may show minor signs of age and previous use consistent with its history. Please review all photographs closely, as they are an important part of the description.

OPERATION

This is a traditional 1-day mechanical cuckoo clock and does not use batteries or electricity. The three weights power the timekeeping, cuckoo, and musical functions. The clock must be wound approximately once each day by gently pulling the free ends of the chains downward to raise the weights. Complete setup and operating instructions will be included.

MEASUREMENTS

This clock measures approximately 10” from the bottom rail to the top roof peak. It measures approximately 12” side to side across the roof and is approximately 7” deep. Measurements do not include the hanging weights, chains, or pendulum.
